About
George Alfie
After leaving school at 9 years old, George Alfie has used writing and performing as a way of connection. Gaining popularity in the indie genre through his ardent lyricism and attention to detail, George has played all over the UK, in venues such as Old Trafford Stadium and Bolton Stadium, as well as selling out multiple headline shows, supporting charities such as War Child, Music for Mental Health, and The Fountain Centre. George has also played stages at Car Fest, Tropics Fest, and Guilfest. Taking inspiration from Sam Fender, Arctic Monkeys and The 1975, George works with his bandmates to bring his originals to life with intricate guitar licks, and iconic drum fills, as well as delivering warming acoustic sets overflowing with heart and charm.
His latest singles 'Meant to Be (With Me)' and 'Bright' have had multiple plays on BBC Introducing, Future Hits Radio, as well as Amazing Radio (UK + USA) amongst others. With all this new music, he has supported Pip Blom on their tour and was recently main support for Camens 'Work/Life/Balance' tour.
George wants to "create space for people to be seen, to make sure no one feels like a ghost in a room full of people". For George, this transcends beyond his gigs - through him and into his following, he shows that these feelings can be universal. "No one deserves to feel invisible”.
